Patient Portal

People's Choice Clinic is happy to introduce to our patient services, Patient Portal, a new easy-to-use, secure, web-based method for patients to access portions of their medical records on-line. Once registered with Patient Portal, registered patients will be given the ability to request appointments, view account balances, view personal information like addresses and personal insurance plans on record then request updates or corrections to the information as needed. Questions may be submitted online through the Patient Portal. Register for the Patient Portal at your appointment and you may have access to these services. Further information regarding the functions of the Patient Portal will be available online when you access your Patient Portal account. Both new patients and current patients must register in person in the office before gaining access to the portal.
